"There are more podcasts than ever before and even more podcast listeners. In turn, podcasting is an increasingly desirable medium for advertisers, and according to research from the International Advertising Bureau (IAB), podcast advertising grew 19% in 2021, with the market projected to surpass $2 billion by 2023...but what does this ultimately mean for podcasters? This session will explore the numbers behind the New Zealand podcast market and how hosts, networks and shows can ensure that they take advantage of this uptick in advertiser interest."
